Cancer advice from parents of children with cancer;

  1. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is considered to be a world leader in research for this disease. Here is a link to an interactive presentation on Retinoblastoma.
  2. There is a new treatment developed in Japan (available also in Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York) which includes a direct chemo injection into the eyeball. This procedure, which is complicated to execute in little babies, improves the effect on the cancer cells while decrease the intra-arterial chemotherapy’s side effects.
