Maor Givon is the son of Anat and Ilan. He is a big fan of European soccer and likes to eat Pizza. He recently started to show interest in the NBA as well…
Maor is 7 years old and has been battling cancer during the past 5 months. As part of the treatment, Maor and his family are coming to the U.S. to undergo cancer treatment at ProCure Proton Therapy Center in Somerset, NJ. They are expected to stay here about two months, starting February 23rd, 2015.
While Maor and his parents will be in and out from hospitals almost 7 days a week for treatment, his two sisters (Maayan – 5 & Yuval – 10) will stay with their grandmother at their nearby rented apartment. They like gymnastics.
Maor is a fighter! Let’s help him get through this and let’s help his family feel at home away from home.
Important notice for visitors! It’s Flu season. Please note that due to a weakened immune system, Maor is not allowed to be near sick people. If you are coughing, sneezing, having a skin rash or just don’t feel well at the day of your visit, please postpone your visit until you are all better. Last minute cancellation are perfectly understandable and acceptable.
