5 tips for eating healthy.

Danielle Cook from Happily Hungry co-created a video with CureSearch to offer parents 5 tips for healthy eating and combat side effects during the child´s cancer journey:

  1. Make every bite count.
  2. Foods can be your medicine.
  3. Manage the “No Appetite” or “Huge Appetite.”
  4. Choose healthy food choices while on the go.
  5. Engage your support system.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, parents rarely have access or advise about the impact that nutrition has on children’s health. My child´s cancer recommendation is to get informed, read, ask, get an experienced nutritionist as soon as possible, it will make the difference.
